CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION:

The Powertec customer service department can answer any questions you may have regarding our products, policies, ordering direct and service. Our customer service hours are 10:30AM - 6:30PM EST or 7:30AM - 3:30PM PST, Monday through Friday.

Your order is estimated to ship 2-3 BUSINESS days after it is placed. Please allow the full lead time before contacting us about tracking information. We sincerely appreciate your business and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to fulfill your strength and fitness needs.

PRIVACY POLICY

We take privacy very seriously. We handle your personal information as we wish others would handle ours. Powertec does not share, sell or lease your e-mail address or other information to any 3rd parties. From time to time we may send you unsolicited mail or email regarding new promotions or sales. If you would like to remove your name from these notifications send an email to sales@powertecfitness.com. POWERTEC, INC.

You can order replacement parts by visiting our Parts Request Form or contacting our Customer Service team at support@powertec.com. Please include your machine’s model name, year of purchase (or serial number), and a photo of the part if possible.

Most parts ship within 3–5 business days, depending on availability. Delivery times vary based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

At this time, we only ship replacement parts within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S., please contact your local Powertec distributor for assistance.

Replacement parts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your shipment promptly and contact us within 7 days of delivery if there are any issues.

Yes. Powertec parts are covered under warranty depending on your product’s original warranty terms. If your part fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will replace it at no charge. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and cosmetic damage are not covered.

To ensure quick processing, please include:

  • Model name (e.g., Workbench LeverGym)
  • Year of purchase or serial number (if available)
  • Description and/or photo of the part
  • Your shipping address and contact info

The serial number is usually found on a Black Plate located on the main frame or rear support of the machine. The model name is listed on your original manual as well.

Yes. Individual hardware items can be purchased, but we recommend identifying the exact part from the manual diagram or sending a photo. We also offer complete hardware kits for convenience.

For discontinued models, we do our best to keep common wear parts in stock (like pads, cables, and hardware). However, some components may no longer be available after a 10 year period. Contact us to check specific part availability.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal. Payment must be made in full before the item ships.

Most in-stock parts ship within 3–5 business days. For specialty items or backordered parts, we’ll provide an estimated lead time via email.

Yes, local pickup is available at our Southern California headquarters. Please request a pickup in advance when submitting your order and wait for confirmation that your part is ready.

If you need a digital copy, contact us and we’ll send one to you.

Yes. You can still purchase replacement parts even if you’re not the original owner. We may ask for photos to help identify the correct product version.

Expedited shipping is available for many parts. Please request a quote when placing your order, and note that additional fees may apply.

We carry limited inventory of parts for discontinued models. Once stock runs out, we may be able to recommend a substitute part or retrofit solution—reach out and we’ll help however we can.
